Opening Reception AUD $10,000 (US $7800)
The Opening Reception will be open to all delegates, to launch the Conference. Entitlements include:

Recognition as a Conference sponsor in the Final Program
Recognition as a Conference sponsor on the Conference website
Organisation logo on welcome signage
Opportunity to provide additional signage within the room at reception
Opportunity to welcome and address guests (5mins)

Gala Dinner AUD $14,000 (US $10900)
The Gala Dinner will be the premier social event of the Conference. Entitlements include:

Recognition as a Conference sponsor in the Final Program
Recognition as a Conference sponsor on the Conference website
Organisation logo on welcome signage, and other material at the dinner
Opportunity to provide additional signage within the room at dinner
Opportunity to welcome and address guests (5mins)

Conference Satchel AUD $7500 (US $5850)
All Conference registered delegates will receive a Conference satchel. Entitlements include:

Internet Café AUD $7500 (US $5850)
Space will be made available in the main Trade Exhibition area for an internet café. Entitlements include:

Lunches/am & pm tea AUD $5000 (US $3880) or $15,000 for every day (US $11600)
Delegates will be directed to catering breaks each day for lunch. Entitlements include:

Opportunity to provide additional signage within the catering areas during sponsored break
Opportunity to distribute brochures within the catering areas during sponsored break

AUD $7500 (US $5850)
Identification of keynote speakers will be discussed upon application however Entitlements include:

The Conference Website is a major source of promotion for the event and will be visited by thousands from the industry. Entitlements include:

Name Tag Lanyards AUD $5000 (US $3880)
All delegates will be issued with a nametag and lanyard to be worn during the Conference. Sponsorship of this item includes:

The sponsoring company logo on all lanyards
Inclusion of your logo and company name on the Conference web site with a link to your own web site
Opportunity to include a promotional insert in the delegate Conference satchel (maximum 1 x A4 double sided flyer)

Conference Pads & Pens AUD $2000 (US $1500)
Conference Pads and Pens will be inserted into all delegate Conference satchels and are a lasting reminder of the Conference. These items can have your company name / logo overprinted. Sponsor to supply pads and pens.

Satchel Inserts AUD $1000 (US $780)
Inclusion of your company brochure (no larger than A4 and 2 pages maximum) into the satchel that will be given to all registered delegates .
